P.A.S. is a 501c3 nonprofit community organization.  We provide access to affordable weekend rentals for private, social, community, cultural, and other positive events at the Gibson Complex.  During weekdays training and technical assistance for nonprofits and early-stage entrepreneurs, Wifi for coworking, business development and community engagement activities are facilitated through Grow Non-Profit Services Corporation.   In addtion, eligible youth and adults can now enroll to complete adult high school or GED programs.  We rent our Library Hall or Cafetorium Hall venues well below market rate ($395 for a standard 8-hour rental; $250 if you reside in the target area).  Please note:  we are not county-operated or funded.  Our funding is generated primarily through rentals, so we thank you for considering our venues for your upcoming event(s).

For venue details (whats included with a rental) and to reserve a venue, click the following link, enter all requested information AND pay the required $75 down payment ($50 is refundable if cancelled within 7 days of booking).  If your event will occur in 14 days or less the full amount must be paid at the time of reservation.  To receive the South Street Target Area discount, be sure to upload proof of address.  Payment can be made using your debit or credit card or via Cashapp as part of the payment process or you may call us at 321-567-2028 OR email us at progressiveactionsociety@gmail.com to request an in-person appointment.  Personal checks are not accepted.  Business checks are accepted up to 14 days prior to your event.  GIFT SHOP - GNPSC 

 

If you select the option to pay later in-person, you will contacted to schedule an appointment to come in and make the down payment, review and sign the required Rental Terms & Agreement documents.  If you pay at the time of booking using your debit/credit card the required Rental Terms & Agreement documents wil automatically be emailed to the email address provided once your payment has successfully processed.  You may electronically sign and return the documents via progressiveactionsociety@gmail.com. 

 

To ensure that your reservation is not cancelled, be sure to pay the unpaid balance of your rental fee within 14 days of booking.  Two (2) days prior to your rental/event date a $125 cleaning and damage deposit must be paid.
